President George W. Bush in Abu Dhabi

President Bush arrived in Abu Dhabi today. In the picture above, he is being introduced by Ms. Aida Abdullah Al Azdi of the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research. He was giving a speech before an invitation-only crowd at the Emirates Palace Hotel. (M attended and took the pictures.)

Thank you for the compliment. It came just when I needed it: I've been reading other Abu Dhabi blogs and they are all better written, more insightful and more informational than mine! I tried to access your blog but since it is in Portugese I couldn't read it. Is is the same blog as "The Southern Crescent?" Please let me know.
